Shipping Questions

Standard Shipping (Free Shipping Over 30 USD): 5-8 Business Days (U.S)7-14 Business Days (Other countries)

Yes! We ship to most countires in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and South America, in addition to our neighbors in North America. Shipping options are calculated during checkout.

You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number before checking on the status of your shipment.

Larleaf ships everywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Domestic orders over $30 qualify for free shipping. We also ship internationally to any location accessible via UPS.

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email :larleaf@hotmail.comHowever, once your order has been shipped, there is no way to change the delivery address.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Unused or unworn items can be returned within 30 days for a refund

Visit our returns center. Enter your order number and email address to start. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to returnOnce your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

Refund to the original payment method

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

Products Questions

1. Avoid placing it in a place exposed to the sun or in a dark and humid place. Frequent sun exposure will cause the furniture paint film to fade, and excessive humidity will accelerate the corrosion of rubber wood.

2. Keep away from corrosive liquids and sharp appliances away from furniture, so as not to scratch the surface of the furniture and affect the beauty and service life of the furniture.

3. Before cleaning, first use a semi-dry and semi-wet towel to wipe off the dust and dirt on the surface of the furniture. Avoid oil stains, ballpoint pens, inks, etc. to stain the furniture.

4. You can use a cleaning and maintenance agent that cleans the carpet.

Our carriers are all equipped with safety buckles and feature a closed system.

Our products are primarily made of nylon, plastic, and metal, with a 99% rip resistance rate. They exhibit exceptionally high durability.
